I am so tired of numb skin. Having parts of my body I can't feel makes me feel like it's not really mine anymore, if that makes sense. I know it is, but it's not the same?

I still have huge numb areas of my chest, back, armpits and arms from my second botched chest surgery. When it's cold out it feels like ants crawling in my right armpit, which also sweats an unreasonable ammount because it's "temperature sensor" is somehow broken.

You all have my sympathy. No idea if it will help given your problems are all scar tissue related (mine were not) but I found a vibration plate or hand held massager gave me at least temporary relief with continuous pins & needles sensations etc
