If someone would have tried talking to me about orgasms at that age I would have shoved my fingers in my ears and told them I didn’t care! I was way too ashamed and embarrassed to talk about sex at that age. This is such bullshit.

So many would say they don't care too, dysphoric mixed with the generic teenage embarrassment, of course you don't want anything to do with stuff like that. How can they expect to even have these conversations properly when the patients are unlikely to be able to answer properly?
