Also I did not have "cross gender identification" at age four. That was just the age I had first "wished I was a boy". I didn't actually identify as one nor did I ever think I was one at that age. Every young girl has had that thought at some point, it doesn't mean anything. 
Gods! This is so heinous. I'm so sorry the adults and medical professionals let this be done to you.
