I want to start by saying that I kinda get it. Being lonely and dismissed sucks. Humans need interaction with other humans. Being cut off from that hurts. I've experienced a lot of it the last couple of years since I separated and haven't been intimate with anyone for two years.

But me being involuntarily celibate is my issue. I can't force anyone into being with me or trick them into bed. All I can do, and have done, is work on me and I am a much better me for it. I am healthier. I am a better person. It has sucked at times but it has been good.

Dude to dude, what I want you to do is to do the same thing. Look at yourself and realize that the one common thread in all your disappointments, failures and regrets is you. Then you can start becoming a better you. It's hard. It sucks. It is the only way through your misery.

I know there is lots of people telling you something different but these people are charlatans and con men. Your leaders are selling you lies by playing on your fears. YOU CAN BE BETTER THAN THAT! YOU ARE NOT THEIR NEAL TICKET! Work on you.

When I say work on you, I mean become a person that is interesting to the type of person you are interested in. Learn new skills. Take up a hobby. Hit the gym. Put yourself in situations that make you uncomfortable so you can grow. Be better.

Being better is does not mean giving into your misery and lashing out. That doesn't make you strong. It makes you weak. It isolates you further from what you want, acceptance and love. Being open to your needs and putting in the work you will find that acceptance you want.

You won't find real acceptance by blaming others. You need to take this. Do your own emotional labour. You can be better. I believe in you. Believe in yourself. What you do next will literally save lives of the women you mistakenly hate and your bros who kill themselves.

I hope this gets to someone who needs to hear it. I hope it makes sense. Mostly, I hope we can stop so many women from living in fear and being killed, and stop this cycle of misery, emotional isolation and violence perpetrated by too many men.
