In popularizing Kegan, it feels like you’ve inadvertently encouraged its uptake as a level 3 thing. Ironically Keganism itself can’t be level 5 practice unless it pushes people to use alt systems. Kinda like most univs except MIT don’t hire own PhDs as faculty immediately.

There’s an abstract/concrete asymmetry there. You’re teaching Kegan concretely, but other systems exist only as abstractions in the discussion. Perhaps you should start pointing people to a couple of others that mostly harmonize, but present a couple of challenging tensions.
