I want to read some feminine voices on fluid mode/ metasystematicity/ kegan stage 5. Donella Meadows' Places to Intervene in a System was hugely influential. Any others?

It’s a bit difficult to name women in this field, but it’s a bit difficult to name men in the field, too. There’s just not a lot written. And most of it is tangential: comes at it from some odd angle and then bounces off.

Within adult developmental psychology, Susanne Cook-Greuter elaborated a stage theory similar to Kegan’s. Both of them relied on the work of Jane Loevinger: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loevinger%27s_stages_of_ego_development …
