I’m skeptical that one could construct such a thing (in a useful way). And if you could, I’m skeptical that it would relate meaningfully to “values” (which are usually taken to be quite abstract).

To put it a bit differently, the word "values" refer to two different things: 1) Expressions of stated preferences 2) Implicit displayed preferences In (1), they are typically excuses/signals that do not match behavior, while in (2), they are rarely coherent and/or stable.
