I’m also working on this, in my own way. I’ve noticed that having conversations with people about what they find meaningful, and offering reflections about how they are constructing that meaning, is incredibly and naturally engaging in a way that people seem hungry for.

It's striking how simple it seems (having a conversation like this). I imagine, on some level, that it's taken my years of meditation & engagement with these topics to come to a place of simplicity, but increasingly wonder how this method of conversation could be taught to many.
