Just saw this via https://slatestarcodex.com/2019/06/24/you-need-more-confounders/ … I've been using 10k lux light in morning as it seems to help lock in sleep schedule. Tried it in past and it didn't do much for depression. I suspect sleep are a confounder, but you two might affecting something to do with metabolism?
