Also, lamb rack. Lamb always comes with mint sauce or jelly in Britain. Is that the same everywhere?
@DeliSniffer Murkans mostly don’t seem to eat lamb, for some reason. Weird. But my vague memory is that they don’t put mint on it.

@Meaningness Mint 'sauce' = mostly chopped mint leave in somewhat sweet vinegar. That's why I wondered. Sounds as untranslatable as Marmite. -
