“Non-Aristotelian” means 3+ valued logics; but “Aristotelian” does not mean 2-valued. Realizing many people have been confused by this.

“Aristotelian” is approximately actually “you aren’t allowed to nest quantifiers.” But it’s an archaic term, not used since early 20th C.

Misunderstanding “Aristotelian” is a big part of how E.T. Jaynes got himself confused about the meaning of Cox’s Theorem.
