My concern is that I have never heard of “pickleball” and so have to wonder whether our Governor’s actions are dictated by space aliens. Or a secret cabal promoting an imaginary sport for sinister ends.

I think it might be a cult more than a cabal. I was in a gym for a child’s birthday party recently and a group of seniors playing this tried very hard to recruit me into their league. It looks like some kind of low-net racquetball. I guess I have that “cult-interested” look …
