I wonder if that reflects changes in testing rate… The negative second derivative in Italy hasn’t been going long, so it could also be a wobble, but I’m hopeful.

BC's sampling is strongly biased towards people who've already developed symptoms, too basically what I'm coming out of this with is acknowledgement that timeseries data is like crack to me and I'm offended that it isn't ubiquitous
