It’s video. By the guy who probably knows the most about Moore’s law today, and a long-term client of mine :) If you’ve seen stuff like the Hennessy-Patterson Moore’s-law-is-dead talk this is basically the general counternarrative. It’s not about GPUs or AI specifically.

Mainly it's that there is ample scope for more transistors via 3D (stacked n+p GAA, stacked layers of circuits, stacked chiplets). Whether or not you call that growth "Moore's law" is an extremely uninteresting (but EXTREMELY bikesheddable...) side issue.

Orthogonal to that is to what extent 3D (in all these forms) can translate into performance. This is basically a question of faith right now, so answers tell you more about the answerer's personality than anything else.
