If you assume that people will fail to use blue-blocking eyewear, a solar equivalent daytime melanopic lux might be suboptimal. Perhaps increasing melanopic lux 2x would be similar to halving artificial light at night. Does this seem plausible? @CaloriesProper @Meaningness
I have no knowledge but I’d be cautious about this. Anyway, getting to even 100% artificially is difficult

Yeah, I'm being cautious in a couple different ways. Not sure if I'll even hit 100% since that alone can be insanely bright. Can elaborate more over DM. I'm taking the middle ground between what a very cautious person would do and the Feynmann approach.
