How many high-openness people would flip occasionally out of curiosity, or because they wanted to find out if a romantic/sexual relationship was possible with a friend of the “wrong” sex? Would bisexuality become the social default in some cultures? 2/

It looks unlikely that we will get answers to these questions, because behavioral genetics is unhelpful. Comparing this thought experiment with the history of birth control is interesting from several angles. I predict one similarity would be that the public would split into 2 general camps where access to this drug is either "sexual liberation" or is "an affront to human nature."
