Brienne's blog has a post on how SAD interventions have worked for her, http://agentyduck.blogspot.fi/2014/09/my-experiences-with-sad-interventions.html … ; there's an edit timestamped 2/17/2016 declaring this the best intervention.
Around the same time, then! Mine is dated December 7th, 2015 :)https://meaningness.com/metablog/sad-light-lumens …
Hi David! I just stumbled across this post, and I'd like to build this myself. Is there any updated resource for how to construct this lumenator?
The $$/lumen performance of LEDs has continued to improve rapidly. I did do a follow-up post in 2016. However, you can probably find something better now.https://meaningness.com/metablog/sad-light-led-lux …
The comments thread on the second post has on-going discussion. The most recent best bet has seemed to be outdoor LED floodlights, but I haven’t tried them myself. (Note possible issues concerning heat dissipation and potential fire hazard.)https://meaningness.com/metablog/sad-light-lumens/comments#comment-2149 …
