Yes, I loathe video, although it’s sometimes tolerable if run at 2x :) You can assume I’ve read all the standard positions and arguments and know the basic biochemistry and the better-publicized recent results. I’m not sure what you mean by pathology; that might be good start?

Namely, that keto and/or carnivory are effective at preventing or correcting an astonishing range of major problems, as shown by repeated controlled trials, extensive clinical observation, and copious other good evidence.

Well, I haven’t followed up the citations. What the body of the article says is “proven for epilepsy; suggestive evidence for other conditions.” That seems plausible.

Yeah that's a pretty fair summary. Since we wrote that years ago, there's been stronger evidence found for it being the best treatment for Type 2 diabetes, as well as other things.

That would certainly make sense. I have a relative gradually dying of diabetes and would force her onto a keto diet if that were ethical and practical.
