lol agreed 100% on hard as a product manager building ethnographies of devs, this week I have: -started a google kubernetes engine account -provisioned infrastructure using arcane terminal commands -containerized an app -deployed kubernetes to manage my apps
I am not an engineer but you can't observe people doing these things and then hope to build dev tools that solve these problems
you can't even really do it as an outsider like me
but you can definitely be Less Wrong™ that way
