Massively inspiring. When I said the actual cost to provide healthcare is 10-20% of what we pay in the US, people thought I was nuts. Seems I was wrong—it’s even less.

As I never tire of repeating, diagnosis and prescription are very different things, the more so, the complex the social phenomenon in question. I suspect you and I very largely agree on our diagnosis of the U.S. health care system.

There’s lots of room for improvement, but any price target that assumes US inputs (doctor pay, rent, etc.) will be at Indian levels doesn’t really add up.
