What exercises/practices/whatever would you recommend to someone who wanted to work on body awareness? (The someone in question is me. Major constraints include really disliking physical violence, difficulty meditating, and having a bad track record of sticking to classes)

That is, to be clearer, nothing seems to happen for the first ~7 sessions and you think “this is more stupid woo” and then it starts to work. Or, that is many people’s experience; ymmv. It’s annoyingly subtle and I want to automate it with postural sensors.

You may remember I was in pretty serious pain when we met; I got that sorted out with a few “refresher” Alexander sessions shortly afterward.

Feldenkrais is similar-is and does group sessions. Have no personal experience with it
