If you want to change someone's mind, I'd have thought it would be obvious that you would find out how, when, and why people change their minds. And then try whatever works best. But this is not how we approach the problem at all. No. (except for advert-mongers)

Well, a quick trawl through her twitter feed doesn't seem hopeful. She still seems to think people should update their views based on facts, when in fact no one ever does this. Well maybe sometimes, but generally speaking this never happens.
