My nutritional theory: eat the most taboo things you can find, so long as they taste good. This has no known health benefits, but it’s definitely funny, and no other diet has known health benefits. [Well, evidence that it’s funny is strong imo, but maybe not everyone concurs.]

I have eaten emus and they are tasty. Fortunately they are not on the brink of extinction. I have not eaten a meerkat. Definitely up for trying.
