I have learned that a dwarf bread is good for nutrition. One becomes very motivated to find healthy food when there is a dwarf bread to avoid.

My nutritional theory: eat the things that have prices with the highest number of calories per dollar. This has no known (direct) health benefits but very well known financial benefits, and they say richer people are healthier.
