Maybe someone willing to talk about the legacy of Chogyam Trungpa

Cool idea, but good luck finding someone at the intersection of a) well informed and b) willing to criticise. Most of the literature on Trungpa is hagiographic. Perhaps in ten years time, some clever PhD will have looked into his cultural influence in the spread of vajrayana.

I haven’t read it in years, but my recollection is that Fabrice Midal’s Trungpa bio is positive but doesn’t shy away from criticism, and is conscientious about facts and sources. I’d love to listen to a podcast with him

Looks fascinating, but Francophonic. Not sure an English language episode would be possible, at least based on his website. Anybody know?

He speaks and writes English fluently. Here’s a podcast with him in English:https://www.chronicleproject.com/fabrice-midal/
