Possibly! I’ve been impressed by things you’ve written that do seem to have the same take. I don’t understand how your understanding relates to Popper, though. I haven’t read much of him—mostly only secondary sources—but from that his view and yours seem pretty different.
I have been meaning to follow up on that, by reading more of your work, and maybe more of Popper, and @DavidDeutschOxf, and then asking questions—but I haven’t had time yet!
My take on Popper is strongly influenced by @DavidDeutschOxf, whom I think explains it better and will resonate with you more than original Popper (at least initially).
