Ah, yes, it’s normal to find that uncomfortable for a while—sometimes even scary. It can help just to know that it’s to be expected. The freakout passes in time, you will get to enjoy emptiness, and in retrospect it’s valuable progress.
Beyond emptiness, “form reappears”—you notice that reality continues to do its thing, even though it now appears somewhat laughably transparent.
