“Stefani says while Boudin’s office won’t release many of the details she’s looking for…” If a supervisor can’t get the details, how can reporters? It’s absurd that @chesaboudin holds this info hostage. If he’s doing a great job, release it.https://www.nbcbayarea.com/investigations/sf-da-chesa-boudin-could-be-forced-to-disclose-how-often-his-office-prosecutes-domestic-violence-offenders/2705199/ …

Replying to @SusanDReynolds @chesaboudin
(1/x) They justify not filing on domestic violence cases bc the victim is often uncooperative. However, you can still prove a DV case w an uncooperative victims. That is not justification for not filing. That’s why we spent decades learning about the cycle of violence.

Boudin has lied to the public and said that the standard for charging someone is “beyond a reasonable doubt”. He’s not dumb. He’s insane.

Beyond a reasonable doubt doesn’t mean beyond ANY doubt. He doesn’t even prosecute cases that are on video like Emma Hunt’s murder.

Beyond a reasonable doubt is not the charging standard. That’s for a conviction. Probable cause is the standard to charge.
