Perhaps the Opposite: Drivers with untreated ADD have a higher MVA incidence; self-medicating ADD patients driving not using marijuana (therefore “off their meds” for ADD) may be at night risk for accidents because of their untreated ADD - not from effects of the drug.

Acute use of marijuana suppresses key visual functions. Unsuppressed ADD symptoms is not worse than the loss of functional vision with acute marijuana use.
