    Routes 47 and 173 in Hebron will be closed and detoured between 4 and 10 p.m. Monday while an HBO film crew uses Hebron's iconic restaurant, The Dari, for a scene for the show "Lovecraft Country." The filming will be postponed to Wednesday in the event of inclement weather.

    Old beams on the Bay Road Bridge have been removed, the old pier and abutment caps have been demolished, and the new caps were poured. New beams should be set this Friday. Visit to get updates, pictures and video of this construction project and others.

    Starting very early Saturday morning, workers will install a 66-inch pipe culvert across River Road in Island Lake. Motorists should expect flaggers, and one-way traffic will be diverted to Old Dowell Road and back onto Dowell Road. Installation should only take a few hours.
