        Had testing been available, far better to send home healthy kids and keep symptomatic kids on-campus in quarantine, where they have housing and med/food services. 'Don't come back' should have been only for those leaving the area too...

        Think leaders should stop blaming. I guess that sounds like I'm blaming them. We've never been through this before. people are making decisions as carefully as they can.
