!"LG&E disclosed in filings with the Securities Exchange Commission details regarding executive benefits of its top-five officers. In subsequent years, LG&E disclosed details regarding only its top chief executive officer and not its next four executive officers.
-
LG&E requests confidential protection for the executive benefits not otherwise publicly(rate requests effected by salaries) disclosed, granting confidential protection to this limited information i.e. U have 2 file a request to see YUGE salaries that effect UR Rates Kentucky!!
-
utility customers rates are hugely effected by executive compensation - unless KY citizens file information requests they won't know executive $$$ in these private utilities. -
