I was there in 1999. Smooth by Santana featuring Rob Thomas of Matchbox 20 was on the radio. The Dreamcast had just come out. Every Pepsi can had a Star Wars character on it. We thought we were invincible
Nate's story is so inspiring. My Apple Watch has helped me as well as I've lost 60 pounds (27.22 kg) so far - about 45 more to go! Seeing my rings close, the fitness app that tracks my bike rides; those things are great motivators! Congrats

The #SummerGameFest story and gameplay video for #MortalKombat1 looks amazing. The environment designs are something else as well. So much exciting and fresh about this game, can’t wait to play it.
Apple added #DX12 support to macOS and Apple Silicon via its Game Porting Toolkit. It’s basically a 20k patch to Wine that will make it easy to play AAA Windows games on macOS without using a VM.
Looking forward to the NSCoder Chicago WWDCC events starting tonight, I just finished my State of the Union re-cap presentation. Really good way to really learn what Apple added for us.

All of the nay-saying around Apple’s Vision Pro is reminiscent of the iPad launch. From the not so obvious use case to the menstrual overtone of the name. Much Twitter yuk-yuk back then. Will be interesting to watch.
Okay but seriously a dream! As I mentioned the visionOS SDK is dropping later this month!! Stay tuned for lots of spatial design education drops 👀#WWDC23
I cannot possibly overstate how hilarious it would be for the Bears to play footsie with Arlington Park for more than 50 years only to decide in the 11th hour that they'd rather move to Naperville.
Hell yeah Brett. It’s always depressing to be reminded this time of year that a disturbingly large portion of sports fans are viciously homophobic, and it’s important to let them know that shit’s not welcome.
An LGBTQ person's existence is not a political or social issue. The confluence of Pride and sports is an opportunity to speak up and emphasize that EVERYONE is welcome. EVERYONE is loved. EVERYONE can boo a missed call. EVERYONE can cheer when the Cubs finally get a clutch hit.
would be a good fit for VR when thinking of what games Apple may want on their rumored VR/AR hardware that is likely getting announced next week. Interesting timing. 🤔🤔
Ted Lasso finale...I don't think any other show gave me more intense feels over the last few years. It's like, was that whole series a dream? Did someone make a show about self-improvement and acceptance that wasn't corny but actually inspiring?
And that famous song. Dammit.
A heads up for those who were planning an earlier watch party tonight. Unlike the previous eleven weeks, the announced release time comes without a wink-wink.
