Actually it is possible for XXY & other genetic variants https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/klinefelters-syndrome/ … also this is to do with sex of a person which is distinct from gender. There is evidence of genetic variants that lead to hormone differences in brain development that decorrelate with sex.
