    Once again Westminster Council is obstructing plans that will improve road safety for all Londoners. CS11 is a much-needed safety scheme. WCC’s objections were upheld by the judge on a procedural point. We’ll consider how to progress having reviewed the judgement in detail

    We will never forget those who lost their lives in the barbaric attacks of 7 July 2005. Today we’re unveiling a memorial in Tavistock Square Gardens to honour the 13 people killed there on 7/7 & the 39 others who lost their lives that day. They will always remain in our hearts.

    Ministers do not know the impact their funding cuts have had on police forces, the UK's public spending watchdog says. Well, Londoners do. It has been obvious to everyone except Theresa May and the Government for some time. Cuts have consequences.
