    Catherine immediately rang the neighbor’s doorbell and the resident called 911. The Fort Wayne Fire Department responded and quickly put out the fire. I admire Catherine’s bravery and dedication to being a good neighbor.

    Today, I had the chance to meet with Catherine Wiese. Last spring, Catherine was roller blading when she noticed flames coming from a neighbor’s gas meter.
