Where do you report a downed tree? What about reporting that your street needs plowed? We've compiled a list of frequently asked questions that have come into Reno Direct and provided their answers! Head to Reno.Gov/Snow for answers to these questions and more!

How can I report that my street needs to be plowed? I am a senior, who can shovel my sidewalk? There is a traffic light out on my street. What do I do and where can I report it? How does the City use sand /salt? The power has been off for a long time, is there a warming shelter? There is a tree down. Who should I contact?
