Has the second officer - who stood around and did nothing to protect the citizen - also been disciplined?

The video was very sad and disheartening to see especially since the victim did not resist nor raise his hand to fight back. The officer clearly has some anger management issues. However, the second officer who stood around and did nothing is a travesty and should be reprimanded

That was an assault, not an encounter...say it, assault! They should not only be fired, but charged with assault. The video is despicable, completely horrific. Take a stand against police brutality, make sure justice is served...the world is watching!

This is exactly why NFL players are kneeling. Investigate all you want but if this doesn't end with his termination and prosecution you haven't changed anything.

You know the officer has severe anger problems and shouldn't be a cop. The other officer is unscrupulous for just allowing it to happen. So he's the type that will lie under oath for his thuggish brother in blue. Get rid of them both!! Clean house like you mean it.
