I hope this includes a bi-partisan committee that reviews use of force complaints, disciplines, terminates and legally charges officers who repeatedly violate codes of ethics and handles, reviews, and stores all body cam footage.
I think your first task, as some have pointed out already, should be the other 5 items Milwaukee is missing to lower police violence.
