So now that Oahu is at a warning, does that mean school closures too? Would be nice to know, especially for parents so they can make arrangements if needed due to work, etc.

Maybe you should stop all repairs being done on roads unless it creates an immediate hazard. At least until it passes Oahu. Taxpayers are starting to panic, it all depends on the violence of this hurricane, and how well the state and city reacts to this emergency.
