Not really, the soda tax effects everyone that drinks soda and makes them have less money 💰 so realistically if you look at the big picture you’re making more expensive to live there.
So when will we be instituting rent controls and penalizations for real estate developers buying properties to hold vacant to inflate the market?

I really don't understand why the city has decided to become a landlord. Most of these homeless people in Seattle will never be able to support themselves. Are taxpayers supposed to take care of them for life?
