1/ There's a third death in DC due to coronavirus (COVID-19). The patient, a 75-year-old female, was admitted to a hospital with underlying health conditions and passed away on March 25. She tested positive for COVID-19 and was included among the District’s reporting data.

As long as ppl have to worry abt paying rent/mortgage utils other bills they are going to keep going out to work if its open. Need a suspension of all recurring financial obligations w/o penalty until 90-120 days after all-clear.
