Words truly can’t express the pride, hope, wonder, and inspiration I feel for this campaign, this staff, these supporters, and this candidate, so I’m not going to try to capture it here only to fail. Instead I’ll say this: We’re going to keep fighting.
We’re going to keep putting people first. We’re going to keep centering folks on the, the folks whose demands for justice need a little extra bass behind them. We’re going to keep being bold.
We’re going to keep telling the truth. Even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard because those are generally the truths we most need to tell. And that can be our legacy. Thank you to every person who supported us, and lifted us up. We built this thing together.
