People always ask me why young folks aren’t going out in droves to vote in every election and I need everyone to understand that we are always the ones the get cut. Investments in us always get the short end of the stick and it has to end.

Context matters. 99.9% of democrats support the bill almost as is. We are being submarined by two amoral Senators. This is the largest proposal for climate, women, young people, etc since the new deal. Don’t lose faith we need to grow majorities in 2022 but much of this passes.

We do. We’ve got to do this together. This is the either the first election into prosperity or the last one for democracy. We need to be very aware of the dire stakes ahead of us. We have the majorities and believe in unity and decency. We must do all in our power to turnout. 🙏
