We need to redefine what it means to be a politician. The word has such a negative connotation when it really should invoke pride. We all deserve a representative that fights alongside us for justice.

We deserve whatever we vote for. So if we are going to vote for nut jobs that’s what we get and what we deserve. If we vote for liars that’s what we get and deserve. We deserve whatever we vote for.

The founders believed being in politics was a civic obligation & were in fact lifelong politicians. Shame we have allowed that concept to be replaced w/what we now have, contempt & disgust for all who do. No wonder so many good people just refuse to expose themselves to that.
