How about we grow our own economy so Canadians can afford to have larger families to grow our own population instead of paying for migrants to grow their families on Canadian soil?

That's the reason people don't have families and because the government made it unaffordable to have families all governments I don't care which ones they are they're all full of crap

Many Canadians feel the same way you do, Liberals get in 4 years then the PC get in for 4 years, like a cycle. If you have the time to look at Maxime Bernier’s PPC party, you might be pleasantly surprised at his platform for all Canadians.

https://youtu.be/49WwPelSAxE Check out this Maxime Video I did, I also just posted my latest video about what the Liberals have done to Canada. Please check it out. If you like them subscribe as I am making more.

Great video! The passion you had making this, truly shows. PPC 2019
-
Thanks, yes it is my passion. I am starting all over again after losing job in the oil industry. Used to do this on the side now I am trying to make it full time.
-
Well done Leo. Loved it.

When I see some argue "manpower shortage" to me that reads as "cheap and pliable manpower shortage." I say this as a business owner. There is no manpower shortage if you pay well and have a good reputation.
#cdnpoli -
This. One hundred times this. I say this as a business owner with no labour shortage in an industry with a critical labour shortage. Shitty pay, shitty working conditions, shitty leadership. If you have a labour shortage that's why. Look in the damn mirror!
-
Pay peanuts, get monkeys. A business will suffer or succeed depending on the model the owner decides to take. Paying more money will give a company better candidates to hire. There's other variables here, but a smart company can easily implement enough process to overcome that..
-
I pay more than the going rate and get way more value out of the folks who are on my team, than if I went with the lowest cost folks. It isn't even arguable.
-
Higher productivity, much lower turnover, higher morale. To be honest though, I think it comes down to leadership more than pay. Pay has to be fair, and it has to be enough. If your employees can't meet their basic needs they WILL go someplace else for an extra buck an hour.

Canada needs the strictest immigration laws in the western world to keep our citizens working and safe. Make it undesirable for illegals to come. Stricter laws for breaking immigration rules also.
-
Corporate Canada will be in far better shape after a PPC victory. Lower Corp taxes no capital gains tax, fewer regulations. Complain about staffing when Canadians are all working not while so many need work.

No better way to drive wages DOWN, housing costs UP, strain social services and infrastructure to the breaking point than high immigration levels, legal or otherwise. See: California Closer to home: Toronto
-
Are these fair comparisons?
-
How are they not? Currently there are as many as 4 downtown Toronto hotels occupied entirely by migrants, all expenses paid by taxpayers, while THOUSANDS sleep on the streets or in makeshift tent cities. Among them Veterans.
-
Canada first! ... for once...
-
Many immigrants already here want much lower immigration. Housing, jobs, etc are hard to come by in Vancouver. It's the MSM and the elite trying to brainwash the population with this bullshit.
