    It's not the diversity of awards shows that's the main issue. That's a consequence of the lack of diversity + inclusivity of the industry at large. It just so happens that awards shows present a useful platform to raise that issue. Where else and who else would be better suited?

    Very proud of all these actors calling out the lack of diversity at award shows. I bet if they’d have known the nominations in advance they wouldn’t have even turned up in the hope of winning themselves.

    I love it when conservatives argue that you should be entitled to the fruits of your labour. Its a good spicy meme. I expect to see Stefan at the next march for an increased minimum wage and more democracy in the workplace.

    Pretty incredible that Julie Bindel was told she could only participate in a debate at the Durham Union if she signed a ‘Respect and Inclusivity Agreement’. I participated in a debate there last November and the lead speaker on the other side called me a “nonce”. See tweet below.

    Ah yes, Jeremy Corbyn, who campaigned for Remain, who voted against every Brexit deal, who voted for a 2nd referendum multiple times in Parliament and who would have held a 2nd referendum if he had won in 2019. That darn Corbyn!
