        More testing? Much better to use excess mortality as 'Covid deaths' doesn't tell much when testing is very inconsistent.

        Excess mortality in Brazil was only 10% higher than official COVID deaths. Most other Latin American countries and some European countries have excess mortality several times higher than official numbers, so Brazil was unusually good at tracking deaths.https://www.economist.com/graphic-detail/coronavirus-excess-deaths-tracker …
