My feelings on Senator Sanders aside, the electoral college rejected the sane centrist and instead went with America's Worst Person™. Now said person is polling at a 90% approval amongst Republicans. Our whole politics is broken, and I fear that there's no fixing it.

That’s the point. Not all dems will get on board. Many from competitive states like NC, FL & VA will have a problem with his “socialist” label. And I’m afraid he loses independents. I will vote for him if he’s the nominee but I still think our chances are better with Biden.
