The night of the Capitol riot, Sullivan was welcomed on @andersoncooper to present himself as the heroic journalist who recorded Babbit's shooting. The Washington Post story calls him a "liberal activist." Activists nationwide have been calling him out as an agitator for months. I don't know what kind of fact-checking goes into live TV news coverage, but print news could have done so much better. Did WaPo pay for the video?
